First Snow was formerly known as Snowbang Essence. The formulation remains exactly the same. We have simply renamed to make it easier for people to understand and pronounce.
First Snow Essence does not contain snow. It has pre-snow though (or post?). It was named after one of our muses, Snow White & The Asian Pear, and her undying love for hanbang (Traditional Oriental Herbal Medicine) products, as this was originally created for her. First Snow Essence is a featherlight essence with 5% Ceramides Complex to keep your skin's barrier healthy, and a smorgasbord of two dozen hanbang/herbal extracts to feed and soothe your face. The Hydrolyzed Oats is what gives it that silky soft finish, and helps to hydrate your skin.
This essence is chock full of extracts, but to name a few, Ginseng, Horse Chestnut, Chamomile, Centella Asiatica, Calendula, and Licorice Root are prized extracts for their soothing and brightening abilities.
How to Use: Apply to your face after cleansing and actives. This is a First Essence, so it should go on before your toner (if applicable). If using with other Holy Snails products, this should go on first. It is then followed by Shark Sauce, either El Dorado Oil Serum or Perseids Oil, and then a moisturizer if needed.

Please contact us for instructions to ship, return, or exchange product. When you return the product to us, please include all the original packaging and any accessories.
Receiving your refund
If you're returning the item through shipping, we'll arrange for a refund. If you return it to our store, you can choose either a refund, credit statement or an exchange. We'll refund your money in the same way you paid for your product. Your money will go back onto the same card. Allow 3-7 working days for the refund to show in your account.
Credit Statement
We'll give you the equivalent value to your credit statement. If your item was purchased at an offer price, your refund will be based on that promotional price. Any member points earned on a returned item will be deducted from your account.
